I have the same hair and eyes as you and i do a sort of less-dramatic smokey eye with dark brown make-up and a gold shiny lipgloss. It doesn't sound that nice but when you try it it looks really good. Just experiment with colours.
Just do what I do. Look up pictures of a celebrity with the same eys, skin, and hair color. Then copy their make-up. For you, a good one would be Cameron Diaz, Carmen Electra, Jessica Simpson, or any other blonde-hair blue-eyed girl. Just pick a look you like, and buy the same colors. Always works.





Another really good tip is so go to a grocery/ drug store and look at the faces on the hair-color bottles. The models on there always have make-up don that goes perfect with their hair and eyes. Tka e couple of boxes and carry them into the make-up aisle. Compare, and buy the same color make-up. Good Luck!

go for a red lip with everything else very neutral.


with your hair and eye color you can pull it off.. its hardr for red heads and people with black hair.


but really red lip, soft soft brown eye liner, barely pink cheek, and a shimmer eye..


now when i say shimmer eye i dont mean go get green eye shadow with a spakle to it. get a skin town color with SHIMMER not sparkle. sparkle is for 5 year olds.

Eye Shadow:


You'll look best in lavender, camel, medium brown, bronze or gold shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.





Mascara:


Apply one coat of clear or black mascara.





Lip Color:


Clear gloss is always fresh and looks pretty on you for day. For a hint of color, try sheer glosses in shades of light brown or raisin (brownish-red).





Special Occasions:


Choose a glittery eye shadow in bronze or gold and finish eyes with one to two coats of black mascara. Make lips shine with a clear or sheer brownish-red lip gloss..
Eye shadow: I suggest navy blue. Actually all shades of blue, preferably similar to your eye color. It accents the eyes and blue eyes should always be accented because they r really special and pretty.





Smokey eyes too(black eye liner, black mascara, shiny gray eye shadow and some silver whitish below the brows).





Also try some warm brown and caramel shades. They look nice and not too flashy.





Lipsticks: I suggest light, pinkish or brown shades. Eyes should always be accented and the lips should be colored by natural colored lipsticks. This is the combination I really like:

What about your skin,are you very pale or do you have pink complexion.Consider your skin first,its important when you choose your lipstick.If you are very pale but have more pink pigment in you wear cool colours,like pink lipstick with blue undertone,if you are more peachy have warmer colours,like pink lipstick but with orange undertone.Blue eyes are beautiful,try bronze colour,peach,brown,smokey is the best.Experiment with colours,its fun.

browns and purples would look great on you..browns will bring out the color of your eyes.





if you're wearing dark brown eyeshadow, keep a natural or pale lipstick on.. you don't want look overdone.





purples, you can try a pink sheer shade for the lips.. not too strong.
The gold tones will look the best, they will compliment the blue eye color and bring them out while making them look larger. Brown mascara and eyeliner would go fab!





The lip color, that completely depends on what skin type/color you have.





But, I have one tip. If you do your eyes all up AND your lips, it might be a bit overwhelming. I would choose one feature. I like the eyes, because its what you want the boys to notice, then, on the lips, add a gloss. Itll be perfect!
Well, if you have a lighter complexion, a pink tinted lip gloss will go great with your hair color, (if you used lip stick, it might look too heavy for your hair color). As for eye shadow, I think you should go with a light brown, to bring out your blue eyes fabulously. For a night time look instead of light brown, do a light grey just above your eyelashes, and then do a very very light pink above that. I wish I had blue eyes! They are so versitile. I agree with the person above me. If you can't find that, they give you a pack of four eye shadows (dark blue, light blue, brown, and silver) and tell you how to apply them. The eye liner they suggest is dark blue and mascara is dark brown. Not too sure on the lipstick though. SOrry.
i do not know you should experiment with the makeup and seee what looks best on you.
Okay so for eyeshadow, I would go grayish or pinkish tones. It would really bring out your eyes!





Lipstick, hmm, I would have to say pink but lipgloss. Lipgloss always looks better on blondes, I'm not sure why but it really does! You can never go wrong with pink lipgloss.
I'm the same as you, so what i do is go for darker colours - browns, dark greens. i also have found actual eye shadow is not the best. Try Barry M's shimmer dust from Superdrug [or buy it online] there is a great selection n it lasts for ages! otherwise i leave the eyeshadow and go for brown eyeliner, i find black is a bit too heavy and black mascara just accents the lashes against blonde hair.





I'm not too sure on the lipstick situation, i normally wear lip gloss because its easy to apply n easy to top up in the loos!
